A SPIKE IN HISTORY
The Tigerbelles, the legendary track team at TSU, has been creating Olympians and record-breaking teams for decades. But for all their monumental achievements, their story wasn’t widely known or celebrated.
To honor their incredible legacy, we created an installation comprised of over 25k indestructible metal track spikes, so the story could never be lost again. The installation debuted at the National Civil Rights Museum, one of the most visited museums in the country.
